She asked a ridiculously small sample.
She asked respondents the wrong question.
She dignified this pettifogging process by calling it ‘research’.
She then used the ‘research’ to justify the way forward for the business.
Melody knew enough to follow the first tip Survey Survey Survey but failed to follow the cardinal rule – ALWAYS outsource your research to a respectable independent 3rd Party.
